第一步：重难点突破
        用时：5分钟

T: Hello, boys and girls. Nice to see you again. Today, we are going to learn Unit7 A busy day. （忙碌的一天）
T: Look, I have a clock here. What time is it? Do you know?
T: Yes, it’s six thirty. We can also say, ‘It’s half past eight.’ (half, past, half past eight )
  Now, look at this clock. What time is it? Yes, it’s half past one.
  How about this one? What time is it? Good! It’s half past nine. 你都说对了吗？
T: Now, look at this clock. Is it half past five? No, it’s a quarter past five. (quarter)
  Now, look at this clock. 这是一只只有分针，没有时针的钟，你能猜出几点了吗？It’s a quarter past ____. (播放钟走的声音) Now, look! Oh, it’s a quarter past two. 你猜对了吗？
  再来猜猜这只钟，What time is it? It’s a quarter past ____. (播放钟走的声音) Now, look! Oh, it’s a quarter past seven. 你猜对了吗？
T: Now, let’s look at this clock. What time is it? Listen! It’s a quarter to eleven. (to)
在这里，钟面上显示的是10:45，也就是说到下一个整点11:00还差一刻钟，so, we say ‘a quarter to eleven’. 请同学们一定要注意，是到下一个整点还差几分。下面老师来考考你，看哪个同学反应最快。
What time is it? It’s a quarter to nine/two/five.
How about this one? What time is it? Is it a quarter to five? No, it isn’t. 请同学们观察一下，现在分针离下一个整点五点还差几分？Yes, ten！So it’s ten to five. 你说对了吗？

第三部分：说 明
本单元主要学习时间的表达方法，由于谈论时间不可避免地要用到数字，因此在本节课的开头教师通过报数游戏，引出数字这一话题，复习了以前学过的1-100数字。然后，用以旧带新的办法，先复习时间的美式表达法，再来学习英式表达，分散了课文的重点难点。在课文学习的过程中，根据时间和场景的变化，分层学习。巩固环节的根据课文内容填空练习，更好地帮助学生理解课文。

第一步：复习课文
        用时：3分钟

T: Hello, boys and girls. Nice to see you again. 上节课，我们了解了大卫忙碌的一天。在这一天里，他都做了些什么，你还记得吗？Now, let’s watch the cartoon again and review. 现在，就让我们再来看一遍动画，回顾一下吧。
  看完了动画，你能试着完成这张表格吗？
David gets up at 6:30. How about the others? 你能和同桌一起试着说说看吗？Let’s begin!

第二步：词汇、句型学习

T: 上节课，我们初步学习了一种新的时间表达法，你还记得吗？现在，老师就来考考你。呈现a clock。

Now, listen. 钟在走。What time is it now?
It's ten past six/a quarter past six/half past six.
总结past的用法。
Now, listen. The clock is walking again.
What time is it now? Can we say 'forty past six'?. No!
当分针过半时，我们就不能用past了，而要用to.还记得to的用法吗？到下一个整点还差几分。现在到下一个整点七点还差几分钟？Yes, twenty. So what time is it? It's tweny to seven.
Try again. (tick, tock, tick, tock) What time is it now?
It's a quarter to seven.
What time is it now?
It's ten to seven. 你答对了吗？

Now, look at these clocks. What time is it on each clock? 每个钟上分别是几点钟，你能和同桌用What time is it? It's …来问问答答吗？试试看吧。

第三部分：说 明
本节课以教授和操练BCD部分的单词、词组和句型为中心，首先教师通过观看动画，填写表格，复述大卫忙碌的一天，帮助学生回顾已在课文中学过的旧知。进一步熟悉时间的英式表达，并创设各种情景，引导学生积极操练。在CD部分，教师也根据书中已有的场景，带领学生在具体场景中进行对话。在D部分之后，教师还安排了一个拓展操练：让学生结合CD部分所学，发挥想象，自编对话。这样可以避免学生盲目地生搬硬套，引导学生把语言活学活用。

T: First, let’s play a game: Listen and choose. 首先，让我们来做一个游戏，听音，选时间。
1.        What time is it? It’s ten past seven.  （带读另一个选项）
2.        What time is it? It’s a quarter past four.
3.        What time is it? It’s twenty to twelve.
4.        What time is it? It’s twenty-five to ten.

T: 接下来，请你用我们刚才选出来的时间，和同桌一起编编小对话吧，你可以使用的句子是What time is it? It’s … It’s time for …  赶快开始吧！

T: 在第7单元中，我们一起学习了时间的表达法，并谈论了何时该做某事，同学们一定收获不少吧。老师要给同学们布置一个课外作业了，请看：______’s day.某人的一天。请你采访你的好朋友一天的作息时间，填写在表格里，并用英语向全班同学描述一下，要注意一般现在时第三人称单数动词的变化形式。相信同学们都能把这项作业完成的非常好。So much for today. Goodbye, children!

第三部分：说 明
在本节课的开头教师首先带领学生复习了这个单元已经习得的知识，为后面的学习打下了基础。然后教师针对不同版块设计了不同形式的学习方法。例如在游戏部分，教师也没有直接说出游戏规则，而是让学生通过自己读了解游戏规则；在阅读部分，教师先让学生观看卡通卡，提高学生的学习兴趣，然后设计表格，让学生再次带着问题看动画，并完成表格。在此基础上，鼓励学生用英语描述Sam的一天，充分运用了教材所给的资源。并把此延伸到学生的实际生活中，布置开放性的家庭作业，让学生学以致用。总的来说，在这样的版块复习课型中，教师既要注重对单元知识的不断巩固，还要注重新知识的教授，同时还要兼顾趣味与实用性。
