there are 有缩写形式（there're ）吗？

好象不能，书上能缩写的都缩写了好象，比如：they're, there's ,it's , i'm,...

There are 可以缩写为there're，there're同时也等于there were
There is 可以缩写为there's, 但是there's不等于there was
