应该用一般现在时吧。如果时间状语是this morning，应该用过去式。

瞎说一句：上下句应该呼应的，所以上句是一般现在时，表示习惯，才有下句，否则一个早晨阅读了并不能证明like......。

同意楼上的。MIKE是第三人称单数，IN　THE　MORNING是经常性的，所以用READS，而LIKE+动词ING形式

应该是一般现在时态  整个句子中并没有过去时态的意会

同意根据上下文进行填写。即使是this morning也不能肯定时间点是在过去。
