on the tree 树上本来长的

on the tree 指长在树上，
in the tree指呆在树上
如：Who's the boy in the tree?
      There're lots of apples on the tree.

on the tree 指长在树上的
in the tree指呆在树上，不能长的

树上能长出的用on,不能长的就用in

我以为是三年级的问题，

on the tree指本来就长在树上的,如apple tree 上的apple就用on the tree
in the tree指原本树上没有的,是人们放上去的,或是物体自己飞上去的,如balloons,birds,kites 在树上就该用in the tree
