It’s ten past seven, it’s time for school. Do you know what’s meaning of this sentence, it means that it’s time to go to school. 表示该去学校的时间了。T concludes the rules: It’s time to+ V.
It’s time for +N.

S translates some sentences about it’s time to…and it’s time for….

T shows my timetable and asks Ss to guess it’s time for what?

Step five

Here’s Yang Ling’s introduction, Ss read together: In the morning, I get up at a quarter past six.

In the evening, I do my homework at a quarter past six.
I go to bed at a quarter past eight. How about you?

Group work, introduce own timetable:

Summarization: We learned the drill: what time is it? It’s…past… / It’s … to …. It’s time for…

Step six

T tell Ss three sentences: Time is money. Time flies. Time has wings.

2.
Homework: write Part C on the book, introduce your timetable and do a survey about your family.
