if u r really that tired, you wont choose to "jump" on your bed
'cause there's no doubt u would feel worse after all the "jumping"

usually we say " hit the sack", "hit the hey" or just "go to bed"
well, you can also say "I am out like a light as soon as I get into bed" when you fall asleep very quickly after a day's work

its good to learn something by heart
then when you are speaking english, those useful words and expressions would come to you naturally

three stages in english learning
1. to be able to understand what others say (listening helps a lot here)
2. to be able to make up complete sentences and speak out (reading and reciting might be of help)
3. to be able to speak english in a native way (talking to natives will do)

glad to know you speak and read english everyday

one of my american friends once called me Master of English, i always know he was joking though
theres still a lot more about english for me to learn
