一、教材简析:
这节课处理的是A版块是一篇章,要求教师依托语篇对学生进行英语综合能力的训练。本课教学充分体现了语篇教学的理念,它不是重点关注某个字、词、句的处理,而是重点培养了学生获取、分析、整理和应用文本信息的能力,这种能力的培养体现在课堂上就是学习方法的指导,学生掌握了某种学习方法就能举一反三地运用于其他语篇的学习中,学生的自学能力才能真正得到提高。

能听懂、会说、会读、会写单词:have school, see a Beijing opera, pians for the weekend
通过学习课文,能整体把握、正确理解文章。
依托语篇教学,能掌握一定的学习方法,并能举一反三运用到阅读中。

五、教学过程:
Step 1. Free talk
1. Greeting.
2. T: Do you like stories? I’m going to tell you a story.
课件出示《狐狸与乌鸦》的故事,教师讲述。
There is a bird in a big tree. It likes singing and sings every day. One day, the bird got some meat and wanted to eat it. A fox came up and said, “My friend, you sing very well. I listen to you every day. Why don’t you sing a song today? I’m going to listen to you carefully.” The bird looked at him and opend the mouth to sing. At that time, the meat was in the fox’s mouth.
T: The second time, the fox is going to meet the bird again. There’s some meat in bird’s mouth again. Can you guess, what is the fox/bird going to do this time?
学生同桌交流回答:
S: The fox is going to ask the bird to sing a song/eat the meat again.
The bird is going to fly away/open the mouth to sing again/eat the meat quickly and then talk/sing with the fox.
设计意图:用故事导入,复习一般将来时的表达。
Step 2. Before-reading activities
a)T: Now we are going to have an English lesson. Today we’ll learn “Unit 6 Planning for the weekend”. Can you guess from the title? What are we going to talk about in this lesson?
出示学法指导卡片:Guess(卡片形状为苹果,贴入简笔画的树中)
S: What are we going to do at the weekend?
T: Yes. Let’s talk about “What are we going to do at the weekend?”

b)T: You’re going to do a lot of things at the weekend. And some people are going to do something at the weekend, too. Let’s read and guess.

2. Grandparents are standing in front of the theatre.
3. David is standing beside a telephone.
学生猜测人物将干什么。E.g.:
a. T: What is the boy going to do? (Sentence 1)
S: He’s going to play the computer.

S: They’re going to see a film.
T: Pay attention. They are standing in front of the theatre, not the cinema. So they’re going to see a play. What kind of play? A Beijing opera.

设计意图:在阅读语篇教学之前进行句子阅读时热身运动,句子3是为了连接语篇教学,承上启下。
Step 3. During-reading activities
1. T: Who is David going to call? What are they talking about? Let’s listen.
听背景部分录音,校对
S: He is calling Gao Shan.
They’re talking about their plans for the weekend.

T: They are talking about their plans for the weekend because today is Saturday, they do not have school. It means they do not have classes.

2. a. T: How do they talk about their plans? Please listen and choose the correct questions, and then write down the key words of the answers.
学生听课文上半部分录音,选问句并速记答案。

设计意图:这三对问句是语篇前后部分中的,前半部分和后半部分语篇相似,故如此设计。学生应速记答案的关键词为See a Beijing opera, Yes, Yes。这些词比较简单,学生能速记下来,这样既培养了学生速记的能力和习惯,又没有挫伤他们的刚萌发的积极性。

先不校对答案,让学生阅读课文,用直线划出问句,自己校对。CAI屏幕上出示前部分课文,师生校对时划出学生答的问句。
c. T: Please read the dialogue in roll and find the answers, then underline the answers with curve lines.
学生分角色朗读,用曲线划出答句。校对时在屏幕上划出答句并板书:

3. T: How did we learn the first part of the dialogue just now?
归纳学习方法:CAI出示
a. Listen to the tape and pay attention to the questions.
b. Write down the key words of the answers quickly.

4. T: Please learn the second part of the dialogue by yourselves.
学生自学课文后半部分,先听录音再阅读课文

设计意图:手把手地教课文前半部分,然后放手让学生自学课文后半部分,根据所教的学习方法获取语篇中的信息。
Step 4. After-reading activities

S: “Guess”.(将苹果卡片Guess贴入简笔画画的筐中,表示将这只苹果摘下了,目的是引导学生关注语篇学习的步骤。)
