师:I am a new teacher here , I want to make some new friends in your class. So I have some questions for everyone . (师生交流,了解学生的基本情况,同时告诉学生教师的一些基本情况,同时用两者进行一些比较。)
例如:T: I am David . I am thirty-five years old . How about you ?
S: I am Lily . I am thirteen years old .
T: So who is older ?
S: You are older than me .
T: My weight is 75kg . What’s your weight ?
S: My weight is 34kg . I am thinner than you .
T: Yes , you are right . So I am the heaviest one here ?
S: (哈、哈)No , Li Jian is heavier you .
T: Where is he ? Let me see .
S: I’m here , I am the heaviest one in the class .
利用信息差和学生进行谈话式的交流,进行相互了解,拉近师生之间的心理距离,同时也是对学生所要复习知识的初步呈现。
师: Look,it’s my picture . What’s my name ? How old am I ? What’s my weight ? What’s my height ? What’s my hobby ?

交流之后对学生所接受的信息进行必要的检查,使每个学生都有良好的听的习惯。
师:I have a picture of a baby . He was eight years old .He was 168cm .

生:He is Yao Ming , I think .
师:Yes , you are right . Chinese are proud of him . I like him .
Do you like him ?
生:Most of them say “Yes”. But also some girls say “No”.
师:If you know a lot about him ,I believe you will like him .
生:(看图,进行一组talking show 的练习)
Talk show:

师:Do you want to know more about him ? Let’s listen and watch .

Yao Ming was born in Shanghai .
He is the best basketball player in China.
Today more and more Chinese start to watching NBA . And YAO MING is becoming a new star.
Yao is in the Rocket team. And he also works for our country, he plays basketball with Yi Jianlian and others.
By the helping of all the players , Chinese are becoming stronger and stronger. I believe Chinese team will get a good mark in the Olympics.
师:Yao is not good at English before ,listen his coach is calling him : Yao , you should do more exercises at your English .
生:(利用拼读法学习新单词coach , coat chair → coach 教练)
师:Let’s help him with his English .
生:(进行三组习题的练习)
Group 1: 复习形容词、副词比较级的构成法以及特殊形式。完成一些基本练习:

Group 2: 复习英语形容词、副词比较级用法辨析。以小组练习的形式完成一组适当形式填空。

Today is a hard day ,but also is more beautiful than anytime(任何时候)for me . Why ? We win !Win! we beat(打击) The Los Angeles Lakers(湖人队).You know, Kobe was the best player who I had seen . Though I was taller than him ,he was not afraid of me . His skill(技术) was better than anyone on the basketball ground . And he ran faster than us .But I think today we played better . I was hurt(受伤) in the third period , but I backed before the fourth period . The audience(观众) were more surprise .they called my name louder and louder ,I felt so proud . We had a great team , we were winners.
