四,课堂讲解
1. at school 在上学,在求学,school 前不加冠词,如果加冠词则成了在学校里,如:
He is at school in Beijing.他在北京上学。
He teaches English at a school in Beijing.
他在北京的一所学校里教英语。
2. look at…看……,常见短语有:look for 寻找,look after照料,look like看着像,look up仰视;查找(单词),look out向外看;当心。
3. work hard 努力工作;努力学习,此处的work是动词,表示“工作”;“干活”, work也可以作名词“工作;劳动”。试比较:
work hard 努力工作,苦干,用功(work是动词,hard是副词)
hard work辛勤的劳动,艰苦的工作(work是名词,hard是形容词)
4. swimming n. 游泳,go swimming 去游泳,其动词形式是swim.如:
Can you swim ? 你会游泳吗?Fish can swim. 鱼会游泳。swim 也可作名词,“游泳”。have a swim 游泳,swimmer 游泳者,游泳运动员,swimsuit (女)游泳衣
5. funny是形容词,表示“有趣的”;“好笑的”;“滑稽的”,其名词形式是 fun 表示“玩笑;玩乐;嬉戏“。
6. helpful adj.有帮助的,有用的;乐于助人的
7. He is helpful. 相当于He is ready to help others. 她乐于助人。
