牛津小学英语5A Unit7 After school (Part A)

教学目标:
1. 掌握单词、词组after, class, join, study, over, look for, after school, I’ll=I will
2. 能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语Classes are over.  Perhaps they are.  I’ll go and join them. Where are you going?
3.熟读课文,初步了解现在进行时的一般疑问句及其回答。
教学重点:
1. 掌握单词、词组after, class, join, study, over, look for, after school, I’ll=I will

教学难点:
初步了解掌握现在进行时的一般疑问句及其回答。
教学过程:
课前欣赏歌曲《Are you sleeping?》《What are you doing?》
Step1: Warming up
1        Free talk
2        Play a game: Let’s read
Game rules:
If you see a word, please read the word quickly and loudly.     
If  you see a picture, please clap your hands two times.
Step2: Presentation and practice
1.Let’s learn:
当你想知道别人在不在做某事时,你可以这样问:Are you ____ing?  Is he/she ____ing?  Are they____ing ?   
2 Magic eyes:Is he/she ...ing? Are they ...ing?
3 T: They’re playing football after school. 揭题Today we’ll going to learn Unit7 After school. (板书Unit7 After school)
4 T:Boys and girls,  What do you usually do after school? I often...师生互动交流。
T: Well,After school we can do many things.Because we don’t have any lessons.Classes are over.
教学句子:Classes are over. (板书Classes are over.)
5 Look, our friend Gao Shan is after school, what is Gao Shan doing?
Let’s watch the cartoon.播放金太阳。
6 Let’s choose: Gao Shan is ________
A looking for Wang Bing. B playing basketball     C cleaning the library.
教学单词:look for (贴Gao Shan 与Wang Bing的头像,板书look for)
7 学习课文第一段,齐读。
8 So Gao Shan is looking for Wang Bing. But where is Wang Bing?
What is Wang Bing doing? (板书:Where What)Let’s read Gao Shan and Miss Li’s dialoguage and answer.
9 T: So Wang Bing is playing basketball in the playground. What will Gao Shan do? 引导学生回答He’ll go and play basketball with Wang Bing and Mike.= He’ll go and join them. He says ‘I’ll go and join them.’ (板书I’ll go and join them.并教学此句子)
10分角色朗读课文第二段T-Miss Li. S-Gao shan,同桌角色表演。
11 Now Gao shan is going to the playground, on the way he meets Helen.
  Where is Helen going ? What is Helen going to do? (贴Helen头像,板书Where/What)
Listen to the tape and answer.
12 Why Helen is going to the library?
引导学生回答:Su Hai and Su Yang are cleaning the library.
Read and discuss:
Where is Gan Shan going and what is Gao Shan goingto do at last? Why? 自读课文第三段,同桌讨论,找出依据。
理解:I’ll go and join them. = I’ll go and clean the library with Su Hai and Su Yang. (板书I’ll go and join them)
13同桌分角色朗读并表演第三段对话。
Step 4:Consolidation
1 Read the whole text after the tape.
2 根据板书,整理课文。
3 T:First Gao Shan is going to the library, but at last he is going to the library. Well, If you are Gan Shan, Where are you going? What are you going to do? Why?
A I’m going to the playground---- do some exercise
B I’m going to the library---- help others
4信息窗:美国小孩放学后---The Children in America have a colourful time after school,they can do many things they like.(多媒体出示Have a colourful time )
5 Do you have a colourful time after school? Now what do you want to do after school? I want to...师生互动交流。
Step 5:Homework
T: So after school we can do what you like to do, if you like ,just do it. But don’t forget to do your homework first. Today’s homework:
(1) Read the text five times
(2) After School, do one or two meaningful things.
