一、教学内容:牛津4B Unit6 Let’s go by taxi
二、教学目标:1、重点句型:How do we go there?  Shall we go to…by…?Is this bus for…?
2、重点词汇:theatre , taxi
三、能力目标:1、能有感情地朗读课文
2、在熟读的基础上复述课文
四、情感目标:学会礼貌用语excuse me
五、教学过程
Step1. Warming up  
1、What’s your name?                    
2、What do you want to be?         
3、What do you like?               
Step2. Sing a song
T: Today I’m your new English teacher, so I’m very happy. Are you happy?
S: Yes.
T: OK. Let’s sing a song ‘The wheels on the bus’.
Step3.Presentation
1、T: Here’s a present for you. It’s a nice picture. Do you know which season is it now?
S: 春天  
T: Yes. It’s spring now.  Do you like spring?
S: Yes, I do.
T: Me too. Because I like the spring outing. Do you like the spring outing?
S: Yes.
T: Let’s go to the park. 多媒体出示锡惠公园图片  It’s Xihui Park, it’s in Wuxi.
S: OK.\ Great.\Good idea!
T: But how?  S: By….
T: Let’s go!
说两组But how?
新授How do we go there?我们怎么去那呢?
(1)一起读几遍  
(2)boys ---girls
2、T: Who can invite me like this: Hi, Miss Wu. Let’s go to …
S: Hello, Miss Wu. Let’s go to …
T: OK.
S: How do we go there?
T: Shall we go to the park by bus?  
S: Good idea!
新授Shall we go to the park by bus?(先一起读后one by one)
3、Play a game
(1)T: Let’s play a game.
屏幕呈现Shall we go to …by bus?
T: I say “park”, you say “shall we go to the park by bus?”
多媒体出示 “park ,cinema, zoo, Suzhou”对比后让学生知道城市地名之前不可加the
(2)T: Our game has a little change.(屏幕呈现shall we go to …by …? “park  bus; cinema  bike, zoo car, Suzhou train)
4、Make a dialogue
A: It’s a fine day today, isn’t it?
B: Yes, it is.
A: Let’s go to …
B: Great! How do we go there?
A: Shall we go to … by …?
B: …
5、T: I think you all like your spring outing very much. Me too. And I like seeing plays, too. I want to see a play. Where should I go? 多媒体出示 see a play
S: 剧院
T: Yes. Look, there’s a theatre.多媒体出示一家剧院
新授 theatre
S: Read and spell.
6、Say a chant
T: Now let’s say a chant: Theatre, theatre, go to the theatre.
How, how, how do we go there?
Bike, bike, by bike.
S: Say together, in roles
7. T: Hi, let’s go to the theatre.
S: Great! How do we go there?
T: Shall we go to the theatre by bus?
S: OK.
T: Look, there’re two buses. 多媒体出示两辆公交车。Which bus is for the theatre? Let’s ask like this?
新授:Is this bus for the theatre?
S: Read together.
T: Now I read loudly, you read lowly.
T: Which bus is for the theatre? Let’s ask : Excuse me, is this bus for the theatre?
Green bus :Yes, it is. / red bus: No, it isn’t.
8. T: 指着红汽车 Is this bus for the theatre?
S: No, it isn’t.
T: 多媒体出示钟Oh, it’s too late. Let’s go by taxi.
多媒体出示出租车Look, that’s a taxi.
新授 taxi, by taxi
9. T: So today our new lesson is : Unit6 Let’s go by taxi
S: Read
10. It’s a fine day today. So David and Nancy have a spring outing. Where are they going? How do they go there? Let’s listen to the tape.
S: Listen and answer
11、Read Part A: Repeat, together, in roles
Step5.  Consolidation  
T:This is our whole story.Can you tell the story now? I’ll give you some minutes to prepare.
S: Read by selves.
S: Fill in the blanks

Step 6.  Extending  
So in the morning, David and Nancy go to the theatre and see the play.
The play is so funny. They’re very happy. And after watching, they are hungry
So where are they going?
Maybe they are going to KFC or McDonald or WBL...
And how do they go there?
Suppose you are Nancy and David, what will you do?
