一、Teaching aims
1.认知目标:
(1)Able to listen, say and read the new words:
a watch , a calculator , a teapot, a wallet,hers, his, mine, ours,
(2)Able to listen and say the sentences:
Whose … is it ?   It’s mine / yours /his/hers
2.能力目标:
(1)初步掌握名词性物主代词hers, his , mine , yours 的用法。
(2)初步掌握句型Whose … is it ? It’s mine / yours /his/hers.会运用此句型进行简单的日常对话。
3.情感目标:
培养友好合作精神,在合作中体验互相帮助的快乐。

名词性物主代词的使用。
三、Teaching aids
1.Some objects (watch, wallet, teapot, calculator, comb, mirrow)
2.A picture of skateboard.
3.Some small blackboards of  rhymes and exercise.
4.Take some objects with the names from students before class.
四、Teaching procedure
A.Warm up
1.Greeting
T: Good morning/afternoon, boys and girls.
Ss: Good morning/afternoon, Miss Huang.
2.Free talk
T: What day is it today?
S: It’s Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/….
T: What date is it today?
S: It’s the … of November.
T: What’s your favourite holiday?
S: It’s…
T: My favourite holiday is Christmas. Do you know whern is Christmas?
S: It’s on the 25th of December.
3.Come and read the title.
B.Presentation
1.New words teaching
T: What do people usually do at Christmas?
Ss: They usually give presents to each other.
T: Did you get any presents last Christmas? I got some presents last Christma. Do you want to see?
Teach: watch, wallet, teapot and calculator.
2.Chant. Try to remember the words
Watch, watch, it’s my watch.
Teapot, teapot, tea and pot.
Wal/ wal/ wallet.
Cal/ cal/ cu/ cu/ la/ la/ tor, calculator.
3.引入句型学习 和复习形容词性物主代词
Take out the watch from the student.
T:whose watch is it?
S1:It’s my watch .
Teach ‘his , her, our’ in the same way.
Present the sentence:A: Whose… is it? It’s……(Read, ask and answer in pairs.)
4.学习名词性物主代词
Ask and answer.(Write down the name in the objects.)
T: S1, whose mirror is it?
S1: It’s my mirror.
T:Yes, it’s his mirror. It’s his.(Write and read ‘his’.)
Teach ‘hers, ours’ in the same way.(Write down on the blackboard.)
Take out a wallet.T:Oh, this wallet is from my friend Lily, it’s for me .It’s mine. (Teach, read and write ‘mine’.)
5.Practice in pairs with the sentences, then practice the short dialogues of Part C and check.
6.学生讨论区分名词性物主代词和形容词性物主代词的区别
7.Say a rhyme
形物代词能力差,自己不能来当家,后面须把名词加。
名物代词能力强,自己独来又独往,后面什么也不加。
8.学生讨论总结名词性物主代词和形容词性物主代词写法上的变化:
一变(my   mine )二留(his his),剩余加“S”。
9.Do some exercise.
(1)This comb is ______ (she). It’s not _______(I).
(2)That calculator is _______ (he). ______(I) calculator is at home.
(3)Where are ________(we) presents.
(4)Whose books are they?
   They are ______(she).
(5)It’s not ________(he) watch. It’s _______ (she).
C.Homework
1.Read and remember the new words and sentences.
2.Practice with the deskmates.
3.Choose two pictures to write down the sentences.
