5B Unit 3 At a music lesson教学设计
教学内容:《牛津小学英语》5A Uint3 PartB , PartC
教材简析:本单元所出现的词汇主要是can及其所带出的一串动词,除了make是第一次出现外,其余在3B中都已出现过。主要学习句型:I can… What can you do? I can…教学中,采用边说边做动作,以活跃课堂气氛,强化学生的记忆,并结合3B中已学过的相关内容,帮助学生系统地掌握这类单词。在教授句型时,尽量运用图片、体态等为学生创设情景,以帮助学生理解和掌握这些句子的功能和意义,然后引导学生操练、联系、运用。
教学目标:
1、认知目标:
(1)能听懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词:sing, dance, play, make等。
(2)能听懂、会说、会读和会拼写句型: I can… What can you do? I can…
(3)初步掌握情态动词can的基本用法。
2、能力目标: 运用本课所学的会话进行简单的实景交际,培养学生运用所学知识完成某一任务及解决实际生活问题的综合能力。
3、情感目标:努力创造和谐、平等、宽松的课堂氛围,让学生在真实的情景中产生强烈的表达愿望,获得成功与自信,从而激发学生的学习热情。
教学重点、难点:
1、能熟练掌握partB中出现的四会单词;
2、能运用所学句型进行日常交际。
教学准备:单词卡片、奥运明星图片、小提琴,吉他,福娃,
教学过程:
Step 1:Greetings
1.Sing a song 《Hello,how are you?》
T plays the violin.
T: Hello, boys and girls, how are you?
Ss:I am fine.Thank you.
T:Sit down,please.
设计意图:教师自己拉小提琴带领学生唱英文歌曲,既活跃了课堂气氛,又向学生展示了作为英语教师的自身魅力。同时为新授的词组作铺垫。
Step 2: Presentation and practice
1. Teach “play the violin”
T shows a violin and plays the violin.
Ss do the actions after the T and say it.
2.T shows a guitar and teach.
Sing a song:Play the violin,play the violin.
            I can play,I can play.   
Play the guitar,play the guitar.
            I can play,I can play.
Show the word card:play  (spell the word)
设计意图:用实物辅助教学更加形象,直观。学生乐于接受。把所教的两个词组编成歌曲,学生乐于学唱,同时也掌握了句型。
3.Teach the words:sing  dance  skate  ski
I can sing “啊,啊,啊”
I can dance “恰,恰,恰”
I can skate“嗖,嗖,嗖”
I can swim“哗,哗,哗”
I can ski “哈,哈,哈”
设计意图:这五个单词容易用动作表示,在教授的同时用肢体语言辅助教学,让学生跟着教师边做动作边学单词,学生的兴趣很高。
4.Teach the sentence “What can you do ?”
T:I can play the guitar,what can you do ?
S1:I can …S2:I can …
开火车操练句型What can you do?I  can…
设计意图:利用刚刚学习的词语操练句型,既达到操练句型的目的,也巩固了新学的单词。
5.Let’s have a rest.Look,I can make a model plane.(T do)
T: What’s this?
Ss:a model plane
T:make a model plane (teach the word “make”)
Ss read in different ways.
6.T shows the parts of the puppet on the blackboard
T:Do you want to know what can I do?You can ask me “Hi Miss Yang,what can you do?”
S:Hi Miss Yang,what can you do?T:I can make a puppet.
Teach “make a puppet”
Read in many ways.
教学单词make 领读几遍后拓展造词组make  a  cake,make a kite…
Let Ss open the envolope,and make puppets by themselves.Then ask some Ss make it in the front.
设计意图:事先安排学生准备好一个信封,里面装着一些拼图,让学生自由发挥,动手去做,学生参与的积极性很高。
7.拿出五个福娃的玩具
Point to Beibei:she says:I can dance.
Point to Jingjing:he says:I can skate.
Point to huanhuan and let the Ss ask:what can you do,huanhuan?
                                     I can sing.
Point to Yinyin:Ss:what can you do,Yinyin?
                S1:I can ski.
Point to Nini:guess,what can Nini do?
              S2:She can swim.
Step 3:Practice and consolidation
1.Have a chant
What,what,what can you do?
Sing,sing,I can sing.
Dance,dance,I can dance.
Swim,swim,I can swim.
Ski,ski,I can ski.
Skate,skate,I can skate.
2.Review the words.
3.What word is this?
让学生做字母的形状组合成单词,让其他学生说出单词。
4.完成书上Part C
T:Now make a dialogue with your partners,use the sentences“I can…
What can you do?I can…”
A.同桌操练
B.对话反馈
2. Guessing:   What can he/she/they do?He/She/They can ……
T:Look,there’re some pictures in my hands,and there’re some stars in them.You must ask and answer with your partner,if you guess right,you may get this picture.(将图片一一贴于黑板上,让学生在下面与搭档略作准备,约一分钟)
Example:Who is/are he/she/they?He/She/They is/are (Yao ming)
What can he/she/they do? He/She/They can (play basketball)
Step 4: Homework
1.Fill in the blanks
2.Copy the new words three times.
