一.教学目标
1.语言知识目标:
(1)掌握“四会”单词:season,spring,summer,autumn,winter,weather,best.
(2)掌握“三会”单词:cool,sunny,windy,warm,countryside,snowman.
(3)掌握句型:What’s the weather like …? Which season do you like best?
2.能力目标:
(1)提高学生整体理解语篇的能力,为他们今后的对话学习打下良好的基 础。
(2)通过本课的学习,让学生学会介绍四季。
3.情感目标:
(1)设置与日常生活类似的情境,让学生在熟悉的语境中感受英语,从而达到达到激发学生学习兴趣的目的。
(2)引导学生注意观察周围的事物,提高审美情趣。

【设计意图】选用贴近学生生活的话题作为新课的热身,使学生在轻松愉快的环境下接受英语的熏陶,同时对学生所掌握的知识再一次滚动复习。选用合适的句型Which…do you like best?来操练,是为新课做铺垫。
Step 2.Presentation
T:Look at the four trees.You have a tree each.In the class,we’ll have a competition.(Draw four trees without any leaves on the blackboard)
1.Present“spring”
(1)Magic game
T:Close your eyes.One two three.Open your eyes.What happened?
(Teacher draws something in the tree)
S1:The leaves come out.
S2:The leaves are green.
S3:The birds are in the tree.They are singing.
T:Yes.they are swallows.It’s spring.Swallows come back.Swallows like spring.Do you like spring?
(2)Read the word “spring” and emphasize the pronunciation of “spring”
【设计意图】对于学生来说,四季这个话题非常熟悉。为了使学生保持兴趣,我采用了变魔术的游戏,语言学生的已有知识,描述了春天的特征,激发学生的好奇心。尤其是借助于多媒体的动画效果,引出燕子,让学生和燕子一起身临其境走进春天。就这样,自然地呈现了spring并复习了已经储存的知识。

【设计意图】由于孩子都喜欢小动物,喜欢美丽的东西,因此,我一一给他们展示了漂亮的服饰,如多彩的短裙、小巧的凉鞋、酷酷的T恤衫等。正当他们目不暇接的时候,我给他们提出这样一个问题:这些问题适合春天穿吗?呈现了summer。紧接着,教他们正确的读音。“大评委”的游戏,让他们明白在夏天可做的事情。以玩促学,玩中学,学中学,着实提高了学生学习英语的兴趣。
3.Present“autumn” and“winter”
(1)Swallows’trouble.
T: Swallows like spring and summer.But with the leaves falling down,autumn comes.(Pick up the leaves)They are a little worried.Listen carefully,what do the swallows say?
Swallow1:Autumn comes.The wind is gentle.The sun is shining.We can eat red apples.Let’s stay here.

【设计意图】根据《英语课程标准》的理念,语言知识和语言技能是综合运用语言能力的基础。为此,听、说、读、写的训练尤其重要。燕子与燕子之间的对话,既避免了老师枯燥讲解知识的缺陷,又能顺利地过渡到冬天。燕子之间的对话,不仅为学生提供了提高听力技能的机会,也为学生拓展视野,获取课外知识提供了途径。

趣味活动:找伙伴
教师事先将印有文字或图片的小卡片发给每位学生,要求学生在规定时间里找到另外三个与自己持相同卡片的人。必须使用Which season do you like best? Why do you like spring/summer/autumn/winter?
游戏结束后,找到同伴的人一起说We like…because we can…
【设计意图】这项活动一方面体现了从学说到会说的学习过程,结合一定的语境,强调知识的综合运用,另一方面也培养了学生“与人合作”和“与人分享”的意识。
