本单元是介绍家庭成员以及八种水果单词。A部分对话，会用“This is …”来介绍家人，会说father, mother, brother, sister四个称呼语。认识二个新人物，正确理解和运用Mrs，可以带自己的照片或图片来介绍家人，使课堂教学与现实生活相联系，学生对此很有兴趣。也可以将练习册的A项作为本课的巩固性练习。学习八种水果单词，了解它们复数形式的正确发音。这里不必讲解单复数的概念，只要以图片形象地演示，引导学生理解单复数的含义即可。可以通过Touch and guess, Smell and guess，Taste and guess等游戏，调动学生的各种感官。
